  • Order information: shipping address, billing details, items purchased, order notes, and Interac e-Transfer reference.
  • Age verification: a confirmation cookie indicating you are 18 years or older (the legal age for tobacco purchase in your province).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited (via standard server logs and basic analytics).
  • Marketing preferences: email subscription status if you opt in to our newsletter.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process orders, payments, and shipments.
  • Communicate order status, tracking, and customer support replies.
  • Verify legal age and prevent fraud.
  • Improve the website and product selection.
  • Send marketing emails only if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to fulfill your order:

  • Supabase — secure database & authentication.
  • ShipStation / Canada Post / UPS / FedEx / DHL / Purolator / GLS — shipment label and tracking.
  • Email delivery providers — order confirmations and notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for: age verification, authentication session, cart persistence, and (optionally) anonymous traffic analytics. You can manage cookie preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit.

5. Your Rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)

You may at any time:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your account data.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Administrative access is restricted to authorized staff.

8. Children

Our products are sold strictly to adults of legal smoking age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
